The Yamaha RSS02T lines up a number of specifications that pair a retro-minded design with modern playability. First, a chambered mahogany kicks off for a light and resonant feel and response, particularly when it's paired with a maple top for that added high-end bite. Gloss wraps this body for a sleek look and feel across the Revstar's double-horned form. From here, a three-piece mahogany neck joins in with carbon reinforcement and a smooth satin finish. The neck builds up with a rosewood fingerboard lined with twenty-two Jumbo stainless steel frets. Speedy and spacious, these frets offer effortless playability across a fast twelve-inch fingerboard radius to facilitate supremely smooth moves across the full scale length.
