Important notes (for the recycling kit portion):
The following batteries are not permitted in this kit: lead acid batteries, Damaged, Defective, or Recalled (DDR) batteries, car batteries, or wet (liquid electolyte) batteries. Some of the listed batteries cannot ship in this kit due to DOT requirements.
The following batteries must have clear-taped terminals: batteries 12 volts or above and all lithium batteries. This is a DOT requirement.
Battery sorting: minimal sorting requirements are in place for this kit. Follow the kit guidelines included in the shipment, to properly sort battery chemistries in the provided sorting bags.
Return shipping: keep the return shipping box that was included, for return shipping of the recycling pail - kits being returned must be shipped back in this box.
Available only in 48 contiguous states - ME, HI, PR, and AK not available for sale.
