Fire Salamanders have a magical appearance with their bright yellow and black patterns, but that's not their only superpower. When they feel threatened, they can secrete a special protective substance from their skin that's slightly toxic to predators. This not only keeps them safe but also earns them a reputation as one of the coolest creatures in the forest! 

While both lizards and salamanders are cold-blooded and have similar body shapes with four legs and a tail, they belong to different animal classes. Lizards are reptiles, whereas salamanders, like frogs and newts, are part of the amphibian class. One of the main differences is that salamanders have moist, permeable skin and often live in or near water, while lizards have scaly skin and are typically found in drier environments.
