A Candida yeast overgrowth can cause a variety of problems including digestive complaints (bloating, abdominal discomfort, diarrhea and constipation), immunity impairment (increased number of infections, autoimmune diseases), fatigue, problems concentrating, problems with memory (brain fog, forgetfulness) and issues with mood.
