Our Utopian Cream Flakes come in a variety of shades and finishes from opaque to sheer. They are perfect to use as a cream eyeshadow or as a topper product to add a little pop of fun to your eyelook.

-Shades vary formula wise, some are a little thicker then others and some are more flaky.
-Utopian Flakes come in a glass tub with a plastic "cap" be sure product is tightly sealed with cap and lid at all times. Product can dry out and become unusable if not closed correctly.
