我們的Blossom刮油丸有強大的吸油效果，其蘊含的蒟蒻纖維素(葡甘露聚糖)，具有極強吸油作用，能吸走比其體積多4倍的脂肪，食物中多餘的脂肪能通通刮走；白腎豆精華能阻截66%澱粉吸收，減低卡路里攝取。
藤黃果中最重要的是羥基檸檬酸（hydroxycitric acid, HCA），具有對ATP檸檬酸裂解酶（ATP-citrate lyase）的抑制作用，可可加速內臟脂肪消耗，促進醣質新生和醣原生成。此外，藤黃果對抑制食欲、減少內臟脂肪等也有不少研究。
