Description
The High h Batch 2™ is an Electric Countertop Oven from TurboChef. This oven is can bake up to five times faster than traditonal ovens, offering the benefits of a conveyor belt, but within a compact space. This specific model features a voltage of 208. The product is constructed of Stainless Steel; the interior in particular is made of 304 stainless steel. The exterior is designed to be cool to the touch. The oscillating rack offers high heat without spotting.
There is a built-in self-diagnostic system, which will help monitor the oven. The recirculating impingement airflow system offers variable speeds. It's designed to be stackable, though a stacking kit will be required. There is a smart menu, which can store a significant amount of recipes. The High h Batch 2™ Oven is Smart card compatible.
