This performance module connects to and alters Manifold Air Pressure (MAP) and Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor signals. It improves vehicle performance and throttle response. This quick and easy plug & play SCORCHER GT module adds significant power by altering MAP and IAT sensor signals to increase performance and improve vehicle efficiency and throttle response. aFe SCORCHER GT modules uses high quality aluminum extrusion black powder-coated enclosure casing and factory style connectors which requires no modification to your factory harness. These factory style connectors plug directly into the stock wiring harness connectors and sensors. This module comes with a built-in blue L.E.D. light to show the module is powered up and functioning correctly. It can be turned on and off easily thanks to the button on the case. The blue L.E.D. light will be on when the module is powered up. SCORCHER GT modules are 100% tested for proper protection. Worth it!
Perfect fit for my 23 MDX, easy to install and great value for money. Dealership quoted me a ridiculous amount to replace the air filter. I would recommend everyone to DIY. Bought it together with the cabin air filter. Will definitely keep an eye on longevity. These are washable so probably wont need to buy for at least a couple years.

A Great Filter (Installed on a 2014 Acura RDX)
I installed this on a 2015 Acura RDX and it has been a fine replacement for the original air filter. The filter offers a good value and resembles the filter that it replaced and seems to be an equivalent replacement in every way. It fit into the housing perfectly and was just as easy to replace as the original filter was. The white color of the filter also makes it easy to see if an excess of dirt has built up on the filter.
I'd recommend this filter. The materials are good, it offers equivalent functionality, and great value for the money.

Excellent quality and price
The picture above is of two different brand engine air filters. One is a Fram Extra Guard and the other is the KAX filter, which costs half as much. Can you tell which one is the cheaper KAX filter? There may be a difference in material that is not visible, but they feel and look the same. It seems like a safe bet to try out the KAX and see how well it performs/lasts.
