How to measure your sit bones.

 

Step 1

Place the measuring card on a smooth, firm surface. Sit upright on the card and pull yourself down with both hands as firmly as possible to create a clear imprint.

For best results, elevate your feet slightly if possible

Step 2

Mark the imprints with a pen and measure the distance from center to center between your sit bone marks. If the measurement is between two values, always round up.

Step 3

Choose your bicycle type from the table and add the corresponding value to the measured sit bone distance for the individual saddle width.

Our Pitbull literally destroyed any and every toy that she gets with the exception of one kind of kong ball.
