This Pinot Noir undergoes 100% whole-bunch fermentation with two-week maceration in stainless steel, light pumping over, and aging in very old French oak with minimal sulfur additions—producing brilliant ruby-red wine with notes of wild strawberry, rose petal, and tomato skin. The palate echoes these flavors with light structure and mouthwatering bright acidity, best served with a slight chill.
