In celebration of their excellent 2025, they have produced a Primeur, the 2025 Circus Melon.
Organic Melon de Bourgogne grapes were harvested by hand in September 2025 and fermented with indigenous yeast, with no fining or filtration and just a small amount of sulphur on bottling. It has been released in November, Beaujolais Nouveau-style! It's a lovely, lively drop - easy drinking with a salty citrus character.
