THE ULTIMATE COOLING SOLUTION FOR THE BMW S58 ENGINE
The S58 motor is a tuners dream capable of incredible power on stock internals and bolt on modifications. However, power always comes at the cost of producing more heat. BMW G8X M3/M4 'LEVEL-UP' CHARGE-AIR-COOLER MANIFOLD
CSF’s industry-leading reputation and deep knowledge of high-performance BMW cooling systems is second to none. CSF is proud to announce its new halo product, the “Level-Up” Charge-Air-Cooler Manifold for the 2021+ G8X M3/M4 platform. CSF set out to create a charge-air manifold that would not only match the S58 engine performance, but take it to a whole other level with its ultra high performance features and durability.
DESIGN, ENGINEERING AND DEVELOPMENT
CSF worked closely with its strategic manufacturing partner PWR and Local R&D Partner Studio RSR on the development of the “Level-Up” Charge-Air-Cooler Manifold. The relationship with PWR offers CSF access to exclusive cutting edge Formula 1 grade technology, while Studio RSR offers expertise in real world race experience and hands on mechanical knowledge of the G8X platform.
BILLET CONSTRUCTION AND PWR CORE
The manifold is fully made from the highest grade billet aluminum. Each part is CNC machined with the highest precision and TIG welded to form a single air-to-water charge-air-cooler that is integrated into the intake manifold. The CSF manifold is not only capable of achieving the highest levels of performance of the S58 engine, but it’s all metal design is capable of withstanding extreme boost levels.
The ultra high performance liquid-to-air core is made by PWR. This Bar & Plate core is pressure tested to 120 psi to ensure it will withstand the high boost levels motorsports race teams can throw at it. Feedback from the community has shown the OEM core which is crimped onto plastic end tanks is prone to failure starting at just 27 pounds (psi) of boost pressure.

FUEL AND NITROUS
Adding power always requires more fuel. Similar to the industries best selling B58 “Super Manifold” (CSF #8200), the G8X M3/M4 S58 “Level-Up” Manifold features a top feed port injection system. The intake runners have the injector bungs machined directly into them. The kit includes both the Fuel Rail and CNC Machined Block-Off Caps for non-use.
In addition, the manifold also has integrated ports on each runner for Nitrous or Methanol Injection. Individual ports for each runner allows for maximum control and tuning.

FITMENT
The CSF “Level-Up” Charge-Air-Cooler Manifold is a direct replacement for BMW part number 17518092584 / 17518053321. Suitable for G8x M3/M4 models with 6MT or ZF8 Auto (incl. Competition) and F9x X3M and X4M (incl. Competition) models.

- Integrated vacuum and parameter pad to measure additional parameters.

- Included KIYLEX Thermal Rejection Manifold Spacer. Made from KIYLEX® – a patented revolutionary high-performance final stage polymer – the spacer acts as a thermal barrier that dissipates heat between the cylinder head and intake manifold. Proven to lower intake manifold temperatures by up to 15% and lower Intake Air Temps (IATs).

*Perfect* small camper hose for water filling

Well designed and very functional! Even if you have a small camper like a teardrop, I encourage you to get a longer length hose (minimally 50 ft).
It really is drinking water quality hosing. I hate the weird plastic-y taste that you get from a standard yard hose. When I fill up the tank on my camper, I want water that tastes good, not like plastic--and this hose delivers. ZERO plastic flavoring! For pulling water from my house spigot, we can directly fill our water tank with zero issues. When we fill from well water or other sources on the road, we also add a water filter to the mix.
I love that this comes with a mesh fabric holding bag to keep the hose stored safely and cleanly, while still allowing it to dry completely. The bag is large enough to actually accommodate the hose easily (although warning, it can be challenging to roll up this much hose without having the center fall out... pay attention when doing it, or better, do it on a flat surface before transferring it to the bag).
I originally bought a 25 foot hose. That was a mistake. The 50 foot does not take up much more space in storage, but it is so much easier to work with when running from a spigot to your rig. I now have both a 25 ft and the 50 ft--and we bring both with us when on the road. There have been several times when we have needed all of the length of those two hoses connected. Sometimes you need to fill up at a gas station or rest area where it can be hard to either get your rig close enough, or when there are other vehicles blocking access. Having the extra length gives you options.
The hose does not kink in use. At least, we have never had a problem with that happening. Mind you, we only roll it out straight to our camper, so it's not like I'm dragging it around the yard to water plants. Additionally, this is a remarkably lightweight hose, making it easy to move around.
While not the cheapest, this is compact, easy to store, and it does its job perfectly, making it a very good value for the money.

Best RV water hose I've owned - flexible and durable

This Camco EvoFlex2 25-ft drinking water hose is outstanding and a huge upgrade from standard RV hoses. The flexibility is incredible—it stays supple even in cold weather and coils up easily without kinking or fighting you. No more wrestling with stiff hoses during setup and takedown.
The drinking water safe certification gives me peace of mind that I'm not contaminating my fresh water system. No plastic taste or smell in the water like you get with cheaper hoses. The 25-foot length is perfect for most campsite hookups without excess hose laying around.
The fittings are quality brass that don't leak and thread smoothly onto connections. They feel substantial and durable—no cheap plastic components that'll crack or strip. The hose itself is tough and resists abrasion from being dragged across gravel and pavement.
After multiple camping trips, it still looks and performs like new. Easy to clean and maintain between uses. The flexibility means it stores compactly without taking up much space in the RV storage compartment.
If you're tired of dealing with stiff, kinky RV water hoses, upgrade to this EvoFlex2. It's worth every penny for the convenience and quality.
