Product Description Hydrea's Professional Body Brush features medium-strength, natural bristles, making this brush the ideal choice for those new to skin brushing. The curved cut of the bristles protect sensitive skin. It's ergonomic design makes it easy to use, whilst the strap holds the brush firmly in place in your hand. The Brush uses FSC* certified Beechwood. Not suitable for use in the bath or shower. Size: 13 cm x 7.5 cm Not suitable for vegans, as the natural bristles are made from hogs' hair, a natural byproduct. Dry skin brushing is the simplest way to improve your energy and wellbeing, and is essential for the removal of toxins by encouraging lymphatic drainage. Regular brushing can help prevent the build-up of cellulite and exfoliate away dead skin cells, leaving skin soft and glowing. Dry skin brushing is best carried out before a bath or shower. Start at the soles of your feet, brush in long strokes up your legs, then concentrate on brushing your hands and up your arms. When brushing your chest and upper back, focus the strokes towards your heart. Brush in circular motions over the abdomen. Do not use on sensitive areas or on broken skin. High quality Beechwood is used in this product. It is not water resistant so the brushes need to dry to be dried naturally and carefully in avoid to minimise cracking of the wood.
