When frothing milk for your espresso machine it works great as well. Be sure not to fill the milk up higher then the pour indentation begins. Since it is a 12oz it tends to fill up quickly when steaming. if you like 20 oz ,  will be looking more cool because the small cat pattern will getting bigger.
