A Support Stand is supplied to assure proper glue placement and allow the use of both hands during edge sealing. The Glue 2™ Applicator System can be used with water soluble or solvent based glues as recommended by the carpet manufacturer. A break-away stainless steel Stopper Pin is molded into the Support Stand and can be stored in the C-shaped slot on the Tip. Good product, easy to install, but make sure to locate the direction arrow for proper installation. This one didn't have a very clear arrow but figured it out quickly and the install was done in seconds. I recommend this product.

Comparable item dealers provide, but if you can DIY, you’ll save $40-50 bucks installation. Helpful hint, before installing, take a market and put the date and mileage of the end of the filter. Unless you drive a lot, the filters generally last a year.
