We lovingly call our starter Gerty. She is well established and comes from a multi generational starter. We harvest and dehydrate her during her peak active time so she is good and bubbly for you..
*Gerty is kept in a kitchen that uses nuts, wheat, dairy, and eggs. She packaged by volume so the exact weight between packets can differ slightly.*
