The Foutz Motorsports front Sway Bar upgrade is a must for all Raptor owners.  Our Sway Bar Kit will improve overall handling by providing you with better side load control and balance on and off-road. The stronger sway bar will allow your Raptor to be more responsive in corning while keeping your truck leveled at the same time.  This kit also includes a lower arm rear support kit to help keep the alignment from changing and strengthen a weak point in the lower arm mounts where they frequently bend with any heavy contact to the front wheel.

Why is our kit better than the stock sway bar?

The stock sway bar is not strong enough to correct the lateral loads when driving and will make your suspension feel less balanced in cornering. Our front Sway Bar offers more stability for your Raptor and will minimize body roll over the stock sway bar.  Using a larger .125" diameter bar and optimized sway bar arms the kit has the perfect feel when driving aggressively or just cruising around the Starbucks by your house.

You will feel a noticeable difference after our kit it has been installed and is an affordable upgrade that is also the first step in doing mid travel or long travel down the road.

Select for Gen 1 Raptor, Gen 2 Raptor, Gen 3 Raptor, or Gen 3 Raptor-R(V8) to ensure correct fitment.

This kit is designed to attach to the lower Foutz Fabricated Lower arms.  Will work with stock width and plus 3 width fabricated lower arms and features:

1 1.25" DIA sway bar

2 lower control arm pivot reinforcement brackets

2 sway bar mounts that attach to the frame

2 sway bar arms

2 sway bar links with male and female rod ends

4 sway bar link bolts

WILL NOT work on regular F150 or on 2WD F150 frames

******  NOTE - Sway Bar Kits are all hand made and are frequently out of stock and can take 4-8 weeks for delivery.  Please check with your sale rep for more details on lead time for this kit.   *******

Basic knowledge of underwriting is necessary to understand.
Format: Paperback
This is a great guide for underwriting multifamily deals for someone with some basic to moderate knowledge of underwriting. I am a new student to this field and have to stop and google some of the acronyms. For a future version, I think adding an extra page for the acronyms used, definition and equation would be helpful. I think that the font could be larger and darker. Adding mathematical formulas in the book would provide visualization as well. Rob can also provide a sample OM for the reader to use with his underwriting model and compare to his completed one. Again, I am a newbie so my review may change as I gain knowledge in this area. I enjoyed listening to Rob on Youtube/Podcast and hope to learn more from him.

great read for underwriters of multifamily deals
Format: Kindle
Rob lays out a succinct and thorough summary of his underwriting process, questions industry standards while sharing his opinions, and discusses risk management and analyses for deals during the underwriting process. Highly recommend for newer and more seasoned underwriters and investors to build or sharpen multifamily underwriting fundamentals and details. He also shares his model as the example.

Full of useful information
Format: Paperback
As context, I've underwritten about 100 deals and attended some basic underwriting classes. Rob's book was very useful to me, both in helping me gain better skills in underwriting basics (stabilization time period and how unit renovations and rent bumps are modeled/phased-in as well as when to start applying rent escalator) as well as higher level topics, like partnership structures, sensitivity analyses, and judging the returns. In all of these higher level topics I learned several new topics (and calculations to add to my underwriting) and would guess that even experienced investors would pick up a few quality nuggets in these sections.
