Berry - Creamy - Savoury tannins

This insanely wonderful wine scored a worthy 98 points in Decanter - and you'll discover why when you drink it.

Whole bunches are carefully placed in a tall stainless steel tank - by hand (winemaker Ray Nadeson doesn't want to damage any grapes so straps on climbing gear and hand places bunches up the length of the tank). This allows the natural weight of the fruit above to press the berries below. A small amount of fermenting Pinot Noir juice is introduced to the bottom of the tank, allowing the intact berries to be enveloped in CO2, creating a true carbonic maceration. As the fruit presses down more sweet juice joins the ferment. This process encourages the development of a beautiful silky mouth feel while maintaining vibrant fruity berry aromas and ultimate drinkability.

Decanter: Very fine delicate perfumed nose, on the palate a superb berry explosion with restraint. Some savoury tannins at the end. 

Grape: Pinot Noir

Pair with: Beef stew, game, salmon, pasta

Looks nice and is a unique look to put mementos, small book, and photos. Pretty solid when tightened up properly. Shelves have a cheap veneer to them but you can’t tell until you touch it. It is very secure if you attach this to a stud. I did not drill to the floor and it is fine. Wall anchors suck in drywall and this is big enough you should be attaching to one stud minimum. Here is A little trick to secure the shelving unit properly if the studs don’t work in your favor. Take a pine 1x3 or 1x4 and cut to the width of the shelving. Paint them the same color as the wall. You will barely notice the board. Place the assembled shelve amd mark where the pipe anchors attach on the wall. Use those marks to place the boards and drill them directly to studs. Mount the pipe feet anchors to the board. See picture. Solid!

I bought this product for my daughters room to put her Legos on. The support poles are actually metal every bit of them. I turned them upside down and attached to the ceiling so it made assembly a little tricky. I like the results. The instructions are like six pictures for the whole thing, very hard to figure out especially when you are turning it upside down.
