Tiny Epic Dinosaurs continues that trend. Here you take on the role of running rival dinosaur ranches.You and up to three other players each have your own limited section of parkland. Your aim, through a worker placement mechanism, is to locate dinosaurs. You'll keep them on your dino ranch for a bit, and then ship them off to "biological preserves" (quoting John Hammond, himself). We all know the dangers of housing these extinct beasts, though. You need to keep them fed and build fences to keep them safe from each other. Otherwise they'll escape your clutches, or eat each other!If there's space in your paddock, and you have two of the same dinosaur, life finds a way and they breed. The ultimate aim is to complete contracts for the big dinosaur zoos, who come to you wanting specific types of animal. Meet their demands and earn the big points! Tiny Epic Dinosaurs lasts for six rounds, and the rancher with the most points wins. It's always a joy to see how much Gamelyn Games fit into their boxes. There's an impressive 75 DinoMeeples in here! The standard dinos are Stegosaurus, Velociraptor, Brachiosaurus and Allosaurus. Then there's another 15 custom shaped purple dino meeples, each a unique breed! You can earn these by collecting research cards. You've got all your favourites: Dilophosaurus, Gallimimus, and of course the king of them all, the T-Rex. Tiny Epic Dinosaurs is a must-have for any fan of Scott Almes's Tiny Epic... series.
