 Worsted Weight

DESIGNER RECOMMENDED YARN: Wool of the Andes Worsted by Knit Picks (100% Wool; 50g/110 yds): 3 Skeins Main Color (MC) & 2 Skeins Contrasting Color (CC).  Shown in Cilantro Heather (MC) & Larch Heather (CC)

ALTERNATE YARN: Merino Worsted by Malabrigo (100% Merino Wool; 100g/210yds): 2 Skeins Main Color (MC) & 1 Skein Contrasting Color (CC).  Felts beautifully & is so cuddly soft on the feet due to the luxurious merino wool!  The pair in Forest & Black as well as Sweet Grape & Black were knit here in the shop.  Available in subtle to wildly variegated colors.  Photo included from our Instagram feed to show the clogs before felting, too!  

ALTERNATE YARN: NatureSpun Worsted by Brown Sheep Co. (100% USA Wool; 100g/245 yds): 1 (2) Skeins MC & 1 (1) Skein CC.  Durable, strong, staple yarn made 100% in the USA!  Solid colors only.

ALTERNATE YARN: Woolstok by Blue Sky Fibers (100% Peruvian Fine Highland Wool; 50g/123 yds): 2 (3) Skeins MC & 2 (2) Skeins CC. This heathered and soft wool comes from Peru and is wonderfully soft, but not as soft as merino wool.  Very durable and can be knit several times without any fraying, just like NatureSpun.  With so many colors, we cannot possibly list all of the combinations.  More than likely, your PRE-ORDER will be in stock in any 2 colors you choose.

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS: S/M fits Women's Shoe sizes 5-7.5.  M/L fits Women's Shoe Sizes 8-10
YARDAGE: 240 (300) yds MC & 170 (200) yds of CC
SKILL LEVEL: Intermediate - I-cord, Short Rows

NEEDLES: Size US 10 / 6mm 12-16" circular needle & set of Double Points, or size needed to obtain gauge
OTHER TOOLS: Stitch markers, tapestry needle
GAUGE: 12 sts x 12 rows = 4" in stockinette stitch, unfelted.
