When Should I Use Ashwagandha By Switch Nutrition
Ashwagandha by Switch Nutrition is most effective when consumed after physical activity or with a meal and a glass of water. Alternatively, you can add the capsule's contents to a post-workout smoothie for optimal results. It is recommended to take 1 to 2 capsules per day.
Stir 2.2g once a day mixed into 250ml water/other drink and consume immediately or as recommended by your health practitioner.
