To insure lifetime of the item, machine wash cold , with the item inside out and warm dry and no fabric softener recommended. These are unisex shirts and run slightly larger. They are made of ring spun cotton

These are unisex shirts and run slightly larger. They are made of ring-spun cotton (and is oh soft and comfy). For women, if you prefer a looser fit, order the size based on your measurements. If you prefer a slim, form fitting fit, consider ordering 1 size down. Everything does shrink a tiny bit when you wash it, but they are cut and prepared to reduce the shrinkage so shrinkage is minimum.
