The beauty of the Blackstar St James is matched only by its tonal power. The compact 12" combo is equipped with two ECC83 and two EL34 tubes for delivering a wide range of amplified tones. This power is harnessed and accessed with Blackstar's power reduction control that reels in the St James' power from fifty to two watts, if you're in a smaller venue or are seeking out classic Blackstar tones at lower volumes. Modern features on the St James follow into effect territory as the amp is loaded with an onboard effects loop, digital reverb, and Cab Rig advanced DSP cabinet simulator. These features open up the St James to be deeply interactive with modern effects and studio tricks. An XLR D.I. output and USB audio output expand the connection capabilities of the St James wider to deliver on a variety of applications.
