These durable rubber zip front over-shoe rain boots are so cool. You'll want to make sure when sizing these you need to make room for the shoe you're looking to go over. With that said they are actually quite comfortable to wear as a boot. There is somewhat of a sole in them already, but they would have originally gone over a another piece of footwear. Super handy for working outdoors in wet environments. 

These types of boots are still in production today but you won't find them with the heavy metal zipper, which for me really just adds to the cool militaria style vibes. If you like that sort of thing. ;)
