Personalisation Information:
The personalised text on your print will be typed out exactly as it comes through on your order form (spelling, capital letters, punctuation). Please double check when putting your information in the boxes.
The date will be in the illustrated numbers font, please note we can't personalise a full date in the illustrated numbers eg. 02/11/2020
We are unable to change patterns for each number, however if you have two of the same numbers on your print, we will change the colours in one.
In the event that your order was placed with the wrong personalised information please notify [email protected] as soon as possible, as we are unable to make changes or accept returns on these prints once your order has been fulfilled.

The print comes unframed and is photographed on the product page in a frame for styling purposes.

Delivery notes:
All prints are packaged in compostable, eco-friendly materials.
A4 & A3 prints are sent flat in a cardboard-backed envelope with a compostable cellophane wrap.
If ordered with A4 or A3 prints, larger prints are rolled in tissue paper and shipped together in a box. If ordered on their own, they’re sent in a separate tube.
