Christophe Bosque, working in the Loire, is a vigneron who is also a negociant. As a negociant, he has spent a decade seeking out Europe’s most expressive grapes and terroirs, and so when he came to make his own wine, he was able to source his grapes from his own portfolio, from vineyards which he knows intimately. In both his negociant and winemaking projects, Christophe is looking for something which he describes as vibration: an energy that he feels through the terroir and the grape and which, with skill, may be preserved in the glass. He finds this only in vineyards which are living terroirs, worked without chemical intervention.
This is citrusy, fresh and oh-so-mineral with a creamy mouth feel. Unfined, unfiltered and no added sulphites.

Not worth it

I had this for four months and now it just shreds the cans. I tried replacing the batteries and that did not help. It makes tiny peices of metal that you get stuck in your fingers. Wouldn’t recommend

Failed at 3 months.

I ordered this on Oct 6th. When I first got it, it worked great. I didn't need to use it all that often but here it is, 3 months later, and it is broken. It fails to cut open any cans. Tried on multiple cans over multiple times but it just spins cutting nothing. Total waste of money. Avoid this product if you care about durability or longevity of your purchases.
