This knit is so pretty and super soft. It's a shorter cut and it looks like it you can make the waistband longer if you wanted. It has been folded and stitched up in half, I'm guessing, to give it more of a crop look with high-waisted jeans, which I like. Love the 3/4 sleeve and overall style. In excellent vintage condition.
I would call this a size X-Small - Small. There's a good amount of stretch to the knit. A good 5 - 6 inches in the width of the body. As usual please refer to the below measurements for most accurate fit.

Shoulder seam to shoulder seam width: 14.5 inches wide
Armpit seam to armpit seam width: 17.5 inches wide
Armhole length: 8.75 inches long
Sleeve length: 18 inches long with cuff unfolded.
Hem width: 16 inches wide
Length of knit from shoulder seam to hem: 19 inches long with additional 1.75 inches let out if desired.
