Tasting Notes for Old Grand Dad 114 Bourbon

Fiery and assertive on the nose, with scents of nutmeg, clove, roasted almond and dart cherries that promise a bourbon with some punch. The palate delivers a powerful blast of rye pepper and cinnamon heat on the entry gives way to sweet cherry preserves mid-palate before returning to the spice. Thick, oily texture and heat that lingers.
