This story is written for students of Level 4, Heritage speakers and students of IB or AP. It has around 550 word families, of which about 80 are cognates with English. The book is accompanied by beautiful illustrations by a Colombian illustrator. At the end of the book there is an extensive Spanish-English glossary to support the comprehension of the reader. In addition, there are cultural explanations, questions to contemplate and a grammatical explanation of the voseo.

Esta es una historia escrita para estudiantes de nivel 4, estudiantes de herencia, de AP y IB. Tiene alrededor de 550 familias de palabras, de las cuales 80 son cognados. El libro está acompañado de hermosas ilustraciones realizadas por una ilustradora, también, colombiana. Al final del libro, hay un glosario extenso español-inglés, el cual busca apoyar la comprensión del lector. Además, cuenta con explicaciones culturales, preguntas para pensar y una explicación gramatical sobre el voseo.
