Due to the high Spandex content, our All Sport Leggings have a great deal of stretch so they typically grade out about a half of a size bigger than expected.  If you are trying to decide between two sizes or think you may be "in between" sizes, I think you will generally be happier going for the smaller size.

The historical context that the author brings through first hand experience is beyond a treasure trove. It has been said many times in cheezy ads, but honestly, if you only read one book on Cyber Security make it this one.
