DESCRIPTION
KL12000 BARRIER LIFT - PATENT: 6331025
The KL12000 Barrier Lift has a 6 to 12 inch grip range to handle up to 20 foot jersey wall easily. It has a 12,000 pound capacity and hooks up with our recommended RigMax.
There's no need for auxiliary hydraulic hookups. Our patented wall lifting scissor action, along with our specially designed actuator, allows you to pick up and position the wall automatically. Placing the KL12000 onto a wall top locks the actuator closed, beginning the lifting process. The swiveling pad angles, along with our elastomer pads, adjust to match the slope of the wall and securely grab onto the concrete surface as it is raised and placed into position. Once the wall is set firmly back on the ground, tension is released, and the tongs open automatically. Move between each wall without having to ever leave the cab. The actuator works independently and requires no hydraulics or manual manipulation.
WIDE CHOICE OF BARRIER LIFT CAPACITIES
Kenco barrier lifters will pick up typical, single slope and F-shape barrier wall. Standard models are available for use on concrete barriers with a 6-12" top and capacities from 9,000 to 40,000 pounds. Our engineers can design custom models to accommodate any style of barrier.
