Roasted agave, spices, smoke and dark chocolate
Suggested Serves
- This exceptionally crafted mezcal is meant to be enjoyed neat or on the rocks and is perfect for pairings of fine dining occasions.

- .5 oz. Pierde Almas Espadín
- .5 oz. Yellow chartreuse
- .5 oz. Italian bitter liqueur
- .5 oz. Fresh lime juice
- Garnish with a lime wedge
- Method: Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Negroni
- .5 oz. Pierde Almas Espadín
- .5 oz. Italian liqueur
- .5 oz. Sweet Vermouth
- Method: Pour ingredients into a mixing glass. Stir well. Strain into a rocks glass over a large piece of ice.
