Use the spiral brush to coat the eyelashes in zigzag movements from the roots to the tips. For even more effect, you can coat the eyelashes twice. If you tend to have panda eyes, it may be because the skin on your face is a little oily and the mascara tends to settle under your eyes over time when you blink. To change this, it can help to powder the area. Also It is important that you only use moisturiser directly under the eyes and not a cream containing a high amount of oil. Oil can dissolve the mascara, causing it to smear.
