映画監督ジム・ジャームッシュが永年交友関係を保っているALFRED(FLASHPOINTのオーナー)にアイディアを持ちかけて製作されたスカルリング。"SKULL"は一般的に死の象徴・死を招くと考えられているがその解釈は人それぞれであるように、このモデルは死を恐れない・立ち向かうという逆説的な意味が込められている。
「俺（の自由）を踏み躙るな」の意味をもつジムスカルリング。
