The Electromatic Double Jet is an icon of the Gretsch line. Retro-inspired specifications at every turn bring this vintage vision to life in the modern day. First, a double-cut chambered mahogany body lands with an arched maple top to balance the rich bass and top-end chirp of either wood. The body's chambered quality makes it a fantastic model to move across a stage and play comfortably with universally.
Reaching out, this Gretsch brings on a lower-set mahogany neck in a Thin "U" profile. Gloss-finished for an effortless feel in the palm, this neck is speedy for dynamic playing. This neck matches with a laurel fingerboard lined with twenty-two Medium Jumbo frets detailed with pearloid Neo-Classic thumbnail inlays. A flat and fast twelve-inch fingerboard radius makes traversal of the guitar's entire scale a breeze.
Onboard, this Electromatic Double Jet bursts with personality with two Black Top Broad'Tron humbucking pickups. Each pickup is wired with its own volume control alongside a master volume control with a treble bleed circuit for retaining signal clarity even when adjusting volume levels. The whole model is backed up by a sturdy hardware setup including an Anchored Adjusto-Matic bridge and Gretsch "V" Stoptail tailpiece.
