I would call this a true Small. As usual please refer to the below measurements for most accurate fit. This item is in overall, excellent, gently worn, vintage condition. This jacket does have some thicker shoulder pads it, which I typically take out but these ones seem to add a flattering shape to the jacket. A Professional seamstress can take them out if so desired.
