Melag Steriliser 75 with Innovative Convection System
The Steriliser 75 features a mechanical fan convection system. A fan ensures complete heat exchange throughout the entire sterilisation space, avoids overheating and reduces sterilisation times. This means that your instruments are more quickly ready for reuse. The sterilisation time of the Melag Steriliser 75, for uncovered material, is only 60 minutes for a normal load and 75 minutes for covered materials (in closed aluminium tray cassettes). In addition to time savings due to the shorter operating cycle, operating costs are also reduced when using the Melag Steriliser 75; especially when compared to conventional dry-heat sterilisers.
The Melag Steriliser 75 is, of course, also compliant with the DIN 58947 standard.
Despite its compact external dimensions, the Steriliser 75 can hold either two large aluminium trays (29 x 19 cm) or a closable aluminium cassette. The Steriliser 75 comes with a mount to hold two trays as standard. A mount for holding a cassette or a tray can be ordered separately (see accessories).
The Steriliser 75 is easy to operate. Once turned on, the whole sterilisation process is carried out automatically and ends with automatic power-off.
Please Note:
This dry-heat steriliser is not approved for sterilising medical or surgical instruments in surgeries, hospitals and other healthcare facilities. The Melag sterilier 75 can only be used for unwrapped instruments in chiropody, in podiatry and in beauty salons.
