Description:
Pain in one form or another is probably the most common symptom presented to medical and healthcare professionals. Long a subject of biomedical interest, more recent biopsychosocial theories have extended the study of pain as a concept which is highly individual in the way it is experienced. Today's landscape offers a broad array of approaches to understanding pain and, crucially, to alleviating its impact. This concise and accessible volume aims to make sense of what is at first sight an eclectic mix of theoretical and practical work on pain, from a distinctly sociological perspective. While there has been much quantitative medical research on pain, in exploring sociology's important contributions to this field Elaine Denny offers insight into the world of those living with pain and the meaning it has in their lives. She provides readers with a range of explanations of pain and various influences on the experience of pain, critically analysing competing schools of thought and embedding this work in the everyday practice of providing care. The result is an illuminating volume for students of health and medical professions studying pain, the body, and the sociology of health and illness.

Worked well to separate space!
Size: 132‘’Wide-6 Panel, Color: Grey
Did the job I needed. I created a hang out area in part of the basement for my pre-teen and wanted a little privacy/separation for the area. Not hard to put together and was to move around. I do wish the legs Ira on with the rollers didn’t jet out so far.. is quite a tripping hazard..

Perfect!
Size: 88‘’Wide-4 Panel, Color: Grey, Size: 88‘’Wide-4 Panel, Color: Grey
This is exactly what I was looking for. I created essentially a doorway into the pantry area I have in my basement. I had the bought a screen years ago that hid most of it but this completed it. I ordered the 4 panels, for the size, and created a "door" of out the two.

**Product Review: Disappointing Experience with Misaligned Pieces**
Size: 88‘’Wide-4 Panel, Color: Grey
I purchased this product with high expectations, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a major disappointment. The biggest issue? The pieces are terribly misaligned. Assembling it was a nightmare, as nothing fit together properly. The holes didn’t line up, the joints were uneven, and I had to force parts into place, which only made the situation worse. Something that should have taken 15 minutes took hours trying to screw the poles together.
This product clearly lacks quality control. For the price I paid, I expected much better craftsmanship. It's incredibly frustrating to spend time and money on something that is so poorly made. I would not recommend this to anyone unless they want to waste their time and end up with a subpar product.
Avoid this at all costs!
