The AD21e features a unique combination of a Neo-Tropical Mahogany top and solid Sapele back and sides. Mahogany is known for its warm, woody midrange tone, which gives the guitar a distinct character. The AD21e boasts a smoked Eucalyptus fingerboard with a 24.125-inch scale length, allowing for easy playability. A 1.724-inch nut width accommodates various finger sizes and playing styles.
Equipped with Taylor ES2 electronics, the AD21e offers control over volume, bass, and treble, ensuring the optimal sound for every performance. The Shaded Edgeburst matte finish extends to the back, sides, top, and neck heel.
A key distinguishing feature of the AD21e compared to the AD22e and AD27e is its unique C-Class bracing. Additionally, the AD21e boasts a smaller, more portable Grand Theater body shape, which is even more compact than the AD22e Grand Concert.
