How do we use this product?

This product has been formulated for those who have recently given birth and who may or may not be nursing. Take two capsules per day with water. May be taken with or without food. 

Ingredients

Per Serving (2 Capsules): 9mg Iron (as Ferrochel®); 60mcg Selenium (as SelenoExcell®); 110mg Choline (as VitaCholine®); 54 Billion CFU Probiotic Proprietary Blend: Lactobacillus plantarum, L. acidophilus, Bifidobacterium bifidum; 400mg Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) Root; 30mg Organic Ginger (Zingiber officinale) Root. 

Other Ingredients: Hypromellose, Organic Rice Bran, Organic Rice Extract Blend, and Organic Rice Hulls.
