The wine's full-bodied and generous nature is complemented by a rich combination of blood plum, fig, and goji berry flavours. This incredible wine offers an exciting balance of sweet and savoury flavours, with a sweet buttered/toffee glaze and a roasted reduction with tomato oil. Its tannins are both malleable and chunky, providing a satisfying grip. The wine also offers a subtle hint of malt and polished timber, reflecting the 22-month ageing process in 100% new oak. It is truly a bold and unforgettable wine.
