This StreetLegend model starts out easily with a dreadnought body shaped from a spruce top and sapele back and sides. Taking a distinctly vintage aesthetic, the spruce top's burst finish is directly inspired by the vintage Martins that occupy Martin's dedicated acoustic museum for a finish that is authentically Martin. Scalloped spruce X-bracing lines the top for a balanced and concise voice primed for performance.
From here, this StreetLegend extends out with select hardwood neck shaped in a Performing Artist profile. Sliding easily into the palm, this neck matches with a beveled fingerboard that streamlines the playing experience even further. Faux abalone 28 Style fingerboard inlays punctuate this board for a stylish visual motif. Finally, playability is compounded with nickel open gear 18:1 tuning machines and Martin's E1 electronics system that stabilizes tuning and brings the sweet sounds of this Martin to the stage. A durable soft shell case travels with this guitar for an instrument ready for the road.
