Due to it's longer duration it creates more air flow that is much need for FSI engines upgraded with a bigger turbo. The pump driving lobe is hardened which is also an upgrade over the Mk5 FSI camshaft which commonly fails. This is an OEM+ upgrade for the Mk5 GTI, GLI, and 8P A3 with belt driven camshafts only. This is really more of a unisex option for a sandal. I have sandals that look like this, and both of my children have worn this style.
