Pot still spices, complemented by nuanced American oak, add warming cinnamon, clove, and freshly mown hay, mingling with toffee and heather honey. The palate is silky smooth, offering tropical peach and nectarine that effortlessly combine with crème brûlée, toffee-apple, and chocolate-dipped honeycomb.
