All Merlin garage door openers are professionally installed and comply with Australian and New Zealand standards (AS/NZS 60335.2.95). The Commander Platinum comes with a 7-year warranty*.

 

Maintenance & Servicing

Regular maintenance is essential to ensure your garage door and opener function at their best. An annual service is recommended starting from the date of purchase. For detailed warranty conditions, please consult the last page of the owner’s manual.

 

The myQ App will run on Apple iOS devices (e.g. iPhone) using iOS 14.0* or higher, Apple Watch requires watchOS 7 or higher. Android devices requires Android 7.0 Nougat* or higher. Windows and Blackberry devices are not compatible. As updated versions of the myQ App becomes available, older iOS' may no longer be compatible
