Areas of Application

The dressing forceps are mostly used to hold sterile swabs or other sterile materials. Due to their special shape and the long handles, they are also excellent for use in deeper body cavities. Another possible use of the dressing forceps is gripping and removing foreign bodies. Here, the serrated holding jaws prevent the foreign body from slipping out.
