My love for a proper, well-worn, vintage leather bag is unwavering. In my books, when it comes to leather, the more well worn, the better. It's hard to deny the gorgeous craftsmanship on this piece. It needed some oiling up to get the leather feeling well nourished again. I highly recommend continuing to oil and protect the leather regularly to maintain the best quality and longevity. So much great vintage character and charm. This item, with the proper care, will continue to patina beautifully over time. The leather is quite stiff and will take some time to become flexible again.
