SwitchPath™ retains the factory valve behavior and obeys the Golf R’s ECU commands based on throttle input, engine speed, and Drive Select. Sneaking out in the morning or creeping through town? Close the valve. Ready to rip? Toggle into Dynamic and your Golf R will sing a signature AWE tune with enhanced crackles that will provoke a firm grin. And we made it easy to convert between SwitchPath™ and Track Edition if you decide at a later date to change your volume with our Conversion Kit. Easy. AWE SwitchPath™ comes standard with 102mm double-walled, slash-cut tips in your choice of Chrome Silver or Diamond Black, complete with stamped AWE logo. If you're interested in push button mood control beyond what the factory wanted for you... you're in luck. The AWE SwitchPath™ Remote and accompanying control box (both sold separately) overrides the factory valving to allow the exhaust valves, whether it be on the AWE SwitchPath™ Exhaust or the stock exhaust, to be opened or closed manually via the SwitchPath™ Remote. Decent value for the money.

Was easy to assemble. Instructions were clear. Tools were supplied. It really needs to be assembled wherever you're going to be putting it as it can come apart easily when moved. The cross bars simply fit into open ended plastic 90 degree female ends. Overall for the money and to just have some division in a room it's a good value.
