Clean the toenails by removing any dirt or debris. 2. Open the toenail clipper wide enough to fit over the toenail. 3. Position the clipper so that the blade is aligned with the edge of the toenail. 4. Slowly and firmly press down on the lever to clip the toenail. 5. Continue to clip the toenail in small sections until it is at the desired length. 6. Smooth any rough edges with the included nail file. 7. Dispose of the clipped toenails using the built-in catcher.
