The BORLA team has created a system especially for the 2.7L Ford Bronco. This Axle-Back exhaust system is engineered for performance and has our ATAK sound, which is our most aggressive sound. It provides a more exciting driving experience without any drone. The entire assembly is coated black with a high temperature finish. This exhaust system features a 2.5" inlet that flows into a 2.75" pipe and exits via dual 2.5" diameter tail pipes with 4" black coated T-304 stainless steel exhaust tips. A system with polished T-304 stainless steel tips is also avaiable. Our custom muffler hanger design moves the hanger out of sight for a clean appearance. T-304 stainless steel construction provides additional durability over the stock exhaust. Ultra-smooth mandrel bends ensure maximum flow & power, and precision computer numerical control (CNC) manufacturing ensures an accurate fit. Give your Bronco a boost in performance and sound, bolt on a BORLA. All BORLA Cat-Back and Axle-Back systems are made in the USA and are covered by our Million-Mile warranty. Instructions aren’t very clear. Takes a bit to figure out. Pretty cheap quality, but seems to be sturdy. The metal basket part of ours came rather bent and had to do some bending to get it to fit right. Decent size could be little thicker. They look good though once up.
